Gritter Francona is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to provide advanced data analytics and project management support for federal healthcare initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related field.
• 8 years of professional experience in data analytics, BI, data management, or related field.
• Strong experience with complex healthcare data and analytical techniques.
• Experience developing data visualizations, reports, and analytical models.
• Experience supporting project management and federal healthcare programs.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop data models, reports, dashboards, graphs, and charts to communicate findings.
• Present analytical results and recommendations to project managers, business leads, and senior leadership.
• Support project management activities, including tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, costs, and performance.

• Managerial Cost Accounting (MCA)
• Primary Care Management Module (PCMM)
• National Patient Care Database (NPCD)
• VETSNET Corporate Mini Master File
