Job summary

Blue Shield of CA is seeking a Product Management Manager within the Healthcare Quality and Affordability Operations Strategy, Planning, and Performance team. You will lead product owners supporting HQA agile delivery, including quarterly planning, intake, backlog readiness, vendor collaboration, and outcome measurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Degree in business, finance, economics, public health or IT preferred.
• 7+ years in product management/ownership or related roles with measurable outcomes.
• 2+ years of people leadership coaching product teams.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery, backlog, roadmap, and release planning.
• Healthcare operations or related domain experience preferred across orgs and vendors.
