Qualifications

• Experience working with patient support programs, patient engagement solutions, or healthcare service platforms is required; strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare market is highly preferred.

Job Overview:

Supports development of the product road map leading development of new features. Works with stakeholders to supports roadmap development by understanding existing functions improvements and priorities. Develops strong relationships earning the trust and respect of stakeholders and engineers.

Applies the product management toolbox driving a product‑led approach to prioritization and solutioning. Leads product discovery work driving increased predictability and ROI for development work. Ensures the product is robust and well‑supported. Supports launch plans, product marketing, and product sales through coordination, documentation and presentations.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience 4+ years of related experience in a Business Analysis or Project Management capacity. Experience working with patient support programs, patient engagement solutions, or healthcare service platforms required; strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare market is highly preferred.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $88,100.00 - $220,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job‑related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part‑time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
