Job Responsibilities

We seek a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Product Manager to lead the development of innovative healthcare products impacting millions. Responsibilities include managing product lifecycle from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring product quality, usability, and customer satisfaction.

Role Summary

The Product Manager, Human Capital and Time Management Applications, acts as a bridge between IT and HR, managing HR applications like Workday, Kronos, and Healthstream. Reporting to the Director, this role blends technical and business skills to support systems, lead projects, and drive strategic initiatives within HR.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
• At least 5 years of healthcare experience
• At least 5 years of IT experience supporting HRIS systems
• Experience with scheduling, credential tracking, identity management
• 3+ years managing leadership relationships and leading tech teams
• Strong project management skills, familiar with ITIL and agile methodologies

Skills Required

• Expertise in Workday, Healthstream, Kronos
• Project and team leadership
• Stakeholder communication and requirements analysis
• Data integrity, service delivery, strategic planning
• Quick learner of new applications, compliance knowledge

Accountabilities

Oversee product quality, develop innovative ideas, support enterprise digital initiatives, maintain standards, lead teams, and foster relationships with business and digital partners. Lead application selection, participate in strategic planning, and ensure quality digital solutions. Perform other duties as assigned.
