Summary

The Product Manager, Human Capital and Time Management Applications, acts as a bridge between IT and HR, managing the full lifecycle of HR applications like Workday, Kronos, and Healthstream, ensuring seamless operations and strategic IT support.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, Business, or related fields.

Minimum Experience: 5 years in healthcare, IT, and supporting HRIS systems, with 3+ years managing leadership relationships and leading teams.
