Job summary

Altera Digital Health is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to translate client and business needs into clear product requirements and workflows.

You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, Product, and Technology teams to develop and enhance healthcare solutions, support development and issue resolution, and analyze patient journey workflows to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience, ideally in a Product Owner or similar role.
• Healthcare technology experience required; HIM or clinical workflow experience preferred.
• Strong client-facing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
• Knowledge of clinical, RCM, and patient journey workflows preferred.
• Experience with AI and product requirements preferred.
• HIM certification is a plus but not required.
