Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Procurement Supervisor in Arizona to oversee the company’s purchasing programs, manage suppliers, and secure maximum value through contracts.

You will work with the Director of Facilities/Procurement to ensure compliant, cost-efficient purchasing and receiving processes that support our behavioral health services. The role requires a Bachelor’s or equivalent experience, 3–5 years in purchasing, and 3+ years of management, with a preference for medical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years in a management role with staff
• 3–5 years’ purchasing and/or procurement experience required
• 2+ years’ experience in medical industry preferred
• 3+ years’ management experience required
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and clean 39‑month MVR

Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s supply of products and services
• Ensure purchases come from specified suppliers and delivered per terms
• Pursue maximum value through time and cost agreements
• Ensure purchasing processes comply with legal, compliance and audit requirements
• Implement purchasing and receiving controls to reduce costs and streamline procedures
