Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Procurement Supervisor to manage the supply of products and services across the organization, reporting to the Director of Facilities/Procurement.

The role focuses on securing items from approved suppliers and ensuring timely delivery under contract terms. The ideal candidate will use strong communication, detail orientation, and technology skills to drive cost reductions, maintain compliant processes, and optimize purchasing/receiving workflows across CBI’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience required.
• 3–5 years’ purchasing/procurement experience required.
• 2+ years’ medical industry experience preferred.
• 3+ years’ management experience required.
• Arizona driver’s license valid and in good standing with a clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Directly reports to the Director of Facilities/Procurement and manages the company’s supply of products and services.
• Ensure items and services are purchased from specified suppliers and delivered on terms.
• Seek maximum value through time and cost agreements.
• Maintain purchasing programs with compliance and audit requirements; implement cost-saving solutions.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or related field

Equivalent management experience (6+ years)

Management experience

Purchasing/Procurement experience

Medical industry experience

Valid Arizona Driver’s license

Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record
