Job summary

Triple-S Management Corp. seeks a senior operations leader to translate executive vision into actionable roadmaps and scalable staffing for Clinical Operations.

The role will own complex initiatives and drive integration of Utilization Management, Care Management and Population Health into a unified, high-performance ecosystem. You will orchestrate cross-functional dependencies, manage vendor relationships, and partner with the Associate CMO on tactical implementation with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, or public health.
• Minimum 3 years in managed care and/or insurance environment.
• Preferred certification: PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or CPHQ.

Responsibilities

• Translate VP vision into a concrete, multi-quarter execution roadmap for operational initiatives.
• Design and oversee resource allocation and staffing models for scalable growth.
• Drive integration of Utilization Management (UM), Case Management (CM), and Population Health (Pop Health).
• Manage high-level relationships with vendors and external clinical leadership to ensure SLA compliance and strategic alignment.
• Support the Associate CMO on tactical implementation with stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, or Business Administration
