Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Process Improvement (required).
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with lean six sigma and process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements analytic and measurement strategies for projects, including KPIs, data sources, and baseline data collection.
• Identifies current processes, researches best practices, and documents workflows.
• Performs time studies, capacity analysis, and utilizes tools to identify gaps in quality and efficiency.
• Leads cross-functional teams, communicates progress and obstacles to stakeholders.
• Applies Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, FMEA, and related improvement methods to drive value-based care.
• Manages resources and delivers project outputs with diplomacy and tact.
