Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a quality and process-improvement professional to lead improvement initiatives across clinical and operational functions, including Emergency, Urgent Care, and Ambulatory Surgery. You will identify opportunities, apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and drive data-driven decision making to enhance patient experience and outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 10 years of revenue cycle at managerial level.
Lean Six Sigma knowledge and/or certification is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience leading teams and facilitating workshops with measurable results.
Experience in healthcare quality, process improvement, or related field.

Responsibilities

Educates system employees and leaders on KPIs aligned with strategic goals.
Facilitates Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and costs while improving patient satisfaction.
Develops and maintains service line scorecards and action plans for leadership.
Delivers quality and service training modules to management and staff.
Collaborates with physicians and management to validate information and improve processes.
