Qualifications

• AAPC or AHIMA certified coding professional (CIC, CPC, CCS, RHIA, RHIT) is required.
• Experience in healthcare client-facing consulting.
• Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Process Engineers and teams to deliver Phare Claim solutions with a product vision and roadmap.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans.
• Provide technical and operational coding guidance throughout the engagement.
• Design implementation and stakeholder communication plan for client-specific use cases.
• Create end-user training and change management plan to drive adoption.
• Develop monitoring for KPIs and SLAs to track value in steady-state operations.
• Collaborate with executive teams to align medical coding with strategic objectives.
• Analyze and optimize medical coding workflows leveraging AI.
• Serve as liaison between executive leadership and operational teams.
