Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering is required.
• Texas PE license (Professional Engineer) is required.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in hospital design from concept through construction administration.
• Experience leading project teams as PM or director on medium- to large-scale projects.
• Proven leadership in mechanical design.
• Client-focused, collaborative approach.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in the design and execution of healthcare projects, aligned with client goals and regulatory standards.
• Own project budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver on time and within budget.
• Manage financial performance, risk controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor engineering teams, including performance evaluations.
• Present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Promote sustainable design practices grounded in current scientific research.
• Serve as Lead Engineer or Engineer of Record on key projects.
