Job summary

Abrazo Health is seeking a Practice Administrator to lead the Biltmore Cardiology clinic and drive operational excellence. You will partner with physician leadership, hospital administrators, and staff to align operations with strategic goals and growth initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s (MBA/Master’s preferred) and 7–10 years in group-practice management, with strong financial acumen, communication, and negotiation skills to enhance performance and patient care.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Health Administration or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in group practice management is required.
Must demonstrate ability to lead, communicate effectively, and manage financial performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations of the medical group to ensure strategic goals are met.
Lead new business development including physician recruitment.
Serve as liaison between physicians, management, staff, and vendors; manage overall operational performance.
