Job summary

Englewood Health Physician Network in New Jersey seeks a Practice Administrator to oversee daily operations across multiple practice locations, manage revenue and operating budgets, and lead staff in alignment with the hospital's mission. The role requires at least two years of administrative leadership, strong Excel and financial analysis skills, and travel outside the office.

Full-time, days, 9:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of administrative leadership experience.
• Excellent management and communication skills.
• Experience and knowledge of medical office operations, billing, and finance.
• Ability to analyze financial data as well as incorporate results of analysis into operations.
• Demonstrated communications and analytical skills required, including but not limited to: professional billing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial management, personnel management, team building and interpersonal skills.
• Travel outside the office is required.
