Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a clinical and administrative leader to oversee day-to-day operations of the physician practice. You will collaborate with Practice leadership, coach staff, ensure patient safety and maintain regulatory compliance.

You will manage workflow, access EPIC systems, coordinate supply and equipment, and support onboarding and performance evaluations. Travel between sites may be required to align with regional leadership.

Qualifications

• RN Licensure required
• BLS within 90 days of hire
• 2+ years leadership experience in healthcare
• EMR experience and office systems proficiency

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical day-to-day operations and collaboration with Practice leadership
• Collaborate with office teams to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient clinic operations
• Ensure regulatory, documentation and maintenance standards for clinical equipment
• Lead onboarding, coaching and performance evaluations for clinical staff
• Support virtual visits setup and follow-up processes with providers and patients
• Travel to multiple facilities as needed and adjust hours to meet patient care needs
