Erickson Senior Living in Fairfax, Virginia seeks a Practice Administrator to oversee medical practice operations, coordinating financial management, workflow, and day-to-day office activities in collaboration with the Medical Director.

This role focuses on achieving revenue targets, optimizing scheduling, and maximizing reimbursement while managing personnel, budgeting, and compliance across Centricity, JDEdwards, and Medical Manager tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience managing a highly automated medical office; front and back officeOui.
• Experience in billing and financial management with budget responsibility.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-9, HCPCS coding, medical records requirements, compliance, and related regulations.
• Spreadsheet and word processing knowledge a plus (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue targets for medical center with focus on master scheduling and patient scheduling reports.
• Collaborate with Medical Director on financial productivity and monthly performance.
• Maximize reimbursement by coordinating Centricity and Medical Manager workflows.
• Maintain templates and calendars for providers per productivity requirements.
• Assist in developing EHMG annual operating and community budgets.
• Review monthly reports from Hyperion, JDEdwards, EHMG budgets.
• Coordinate marketing activities and events to increase utilization of the medical center.
• Manage recruitment, retention, and personnel actions for the medical center.
