Memorial Hermann is seeking a Practice Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operation of a medical practice, including staffing, scheduling and revenue capture. The role ensures regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care while maintaining patient and staff satisfaction.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree preferred and at least two years in healthcare operations, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two (2) years in related healthcare experience.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates knowledge in the eight domains of medical practice management: business operations, financial management, human resource management, information management, organizational governance, patient care systems, risk management and quality management.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day practice operations, including administrative and clinical staffing.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage time-of-service collections and posting of payments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality management per policy.
• Train, monitor and evaluate staff; maintain patient, provider and staff satisfaction.
