Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-4 years professional office experience (preferably healthcare).
• Masters degrees may be accepted in lieu of experience.

• Support in practice operations for the organization.
• Monitor physician and APP value-based compensation.
• Manage projects and collect/analyze data.
• Collaborate with management and physicians to meet goals.
• Maintain and improve dashboards and data visuals.
