Endeavor Health is seeking a Program Manager, Public Relations in Evanston, IL or Warrenville, IL. The role partners with clinical and marketing teams to drive communications across service lines and engage patients through compelling storytelling.

You will monitor PR metrics, translate complex information into clear communications, and help position the organization as a national model for community-connected care. Travel between sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, marketing or a related field.
• Four years of experience in public relations, journalism or communications.
• Experience with media measurement and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as spokesperson and liaison for national, trade and local media relations.
• Create content for owned PR channels: newsroom, social media, blogs and emails.
• Capture stories by engaging with teams, patients and media on-site and online.
• Assist PR measurement, dashboards and reporting.
• Support messaging and patient-facing communications, including signage and events.
