You’ll also play a key role in public relations measurement and monitoring, helping ensure teams have the latest information they need and that their focus aligns with the system’s strategy.**What you will do:*** Serves as a key spokesperson and liaison, conducting national, trade and local proactive and reactive media relations in support of clinical service lines and patient engagement and playing a significant role in driving external storytelling.* Engages media and stakeholders through creating content for owned PR channels, including newsroom, social media, paid content, blogs, website and fact sheets.* Pays close attention to news and trends and regularly has feet on ground interacting with team members, patients and media to capture stories, content and feedback and proactively identify opportunities.* Assists with PR measurement and monitoring, dashboards and PR reporting.* Assists with messaging and development of engaging patient-facing communications, including customer messaging points, when needed, signage and emails, as well as on-site events and activations.* Assists in communications around issues and crisis, as needed, bringing the unique lens and perspective of this role.**What you will need:*** Education: Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing or a related field* Certification: n/a* Experience: Four years of experience in the public relations, journalism or communications-related field.
