Penn Medicine’s Radiation Oncology (PMO) seeks a seasoned Project Manager to independently manage high-complexity capital and non-clinical research projects from inception through occupancy. You will negotiate with partners and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals within budget and schedule.

You will oversee collaborative efforts with Rad Onc PMO, clinical chiefs, and vendors, driving planning, design, construction, and regulatory activities while maintaining strict compliance

Formación

• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree required.
• Education specialization in engineering/planning/construction management/architecture or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Project Management - Independently responsible for the overall delivery of the planning, design, construction, clinical operationalization, regulatory, machine acceptance and occupancy phases of multiple, concurrent projects of high complexity to meet project goals and objectives.
• Planning - plans and directs medium-to-large projects, delivers equipment/technology cost estimates and tracks costs with Director.
• Design & Development - manages concept and design phases, coordinates Architectural and Vendor contacts.
• Construction – assists in managing construction phase with general contractors and vendors.
• Project Schedule – develops and manages overall project schedule and phasing to minimize disruption.
• Compliance – ensures compliance with federal, state, and local standards including TJC, FDA, etc.
• Financial Management – manages project costs and service contracts; adheres to Penn Medicine standards.
• Reporting – keeps COO/Director/Clinical Chiefs informed of progress; supports COO/Directors as needed.
• Often travels between multiple sites for meetings and inspections.
• Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity, health system organization
