Job summary

CBRE is seeking a skilled plumber to maintain plumbing systems across healthcare facilities, ensuring safety, hygiene, and reliable operation. You will work Monday–Friday with a day schedule and participate in a fair on-call rotation that provides additional compensation.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs, and MS Office proficiency. Medical Gas backflow certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of related experience.
• Valid Driver's license required.
• Meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lift/carry 50 lbs+).
• MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Medical Gas backflow certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot water and medical gas systems.
• Install new water systems, piping, and fixtures per blueprints and codes.
• Ensure waste and vent lines are operating using plumber’s snake, plunger, or jet washer.
• Assist other staff or contractors on projects or installations.
• Complete plumbing safety inspections on backflow devices.
• Provide training to other staff for light maintenance and repair.
• Perform general maintenance and building systems duties.
• Respond to emergencies and call for extra help as needed.
• Follow HSE policies and participate in programs and audits.
