CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled plumber to maintain plumbing systems across facilities for a leading healthcare client. The role emphasizes safety, hygiene, and reliable operation to support patient care and operational excellence.

You will perform repairs, installations, and testing on water and medical gas systems, participate in on-call coverage, and collaborate with contractors on projects. A strong focus on safety, HSE compliance, and documentation is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Medical Gas and backflow certification preferred.
• Valid Driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot water, medical gas supply and distribution systems.
• Install new water systems, piping, and fixtures by blueprints and codes.
• Ensure waste and vent lines are in good condition and accessible with standard tools.
• Assist other staff or contractors on projects or equipment installations.
• Complete plumbing safety inspections on backflow devices.
• Provide training to staff for light plumbing maintenance and repair.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with on-call rotation.
• Follow HSE policies and complete all related programs.
