Job summary

CBRE is seeking a skilled plumber to maintain and repair plumbing systems across healthcare facilities, ensuring patient safety and operational continuity. The role emphasizes reliability, on-call availability, and adherence to health and safety standards.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with an on-call rotation and additional compensation for after-hours coverage. Candidates should be prepared to contribute to a mission-driven healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of plumbing experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot water and medical gas distribution systems.
• Install water systems, piping, and fixtures per blueprints and codes.
• Maintain waste and vent lines using plumber tools.
• Assist other staff or contractors on projects or equipment installations.
• Perform plumbing safety inspections on backflow devices.
• Provide training for light plumbing maintenance and repair.
