Job summary

You will perform preventive and reactive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, ensuring reliable operation and strong patient care support.

The role requires 1–2 years of building maintenance experience, proficiency with CMMS, and the ability to meet physical requirements while delivering safe, efficient service in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of job-related maintenance experience.
• HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems expertise.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance across two hospital facilities.
• Diagnose issues and repair mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Use a CMMS to track, manage and complete work orders.
• Assist with general facility maintenance (e.g., hanging pictures, moving furniture) excluding painting.
• Follow safety procedures and comply with building codes.
