Job summary

Real Radiology, a teleradiology company, seeks a Business Analyst in Omaha, NE. Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting requirements.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects and initiatives; strong documentation and workflow mapping skills.
  • Experience conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Experience in healthcare or professional services environments.

Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
  • Lead requirements workshops to define scope, objectives, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria.
  • Evaluate current workflows to identify inefficiencies, risks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop current-state and future-state process maps, and translate improvements into actionable implementation plans.
  • Conduct impact and feasibility assessments for proposed initiatives.
  • Produce and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, and SOPs.
  • Facilitate meetings and communicate insights, recommendations, and project updates across teams.
  • Collaborate with operational and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
  • Support implementation of process changes and system enhancements.
  • Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm solutions meet defined requirements.
  • Monitor deliverables and support project management efforts to help ensure on-time completion.
  • Ensure process compliance with organizational standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

The Role

The Business Analyst evaluates business operations, documents requirements, and drives process improvements that increase efficiency and support strategic growth. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to define objectives, analyze workflows, and implement solutions that align business needs with operational capabilities. The Business Analyst serves as a liaison between stakeholders and technical resources to ensure initiatives are clearly defined, executed effectively, and deliver measurable value. This position is full time and in the office during regular business hours.

Job Functions
