Marquis Health Consulting Services is seeking a Vice President of Plant Operations to oversee operations, maintenance, and capital initiatives across 28 facilities in the New England region. This full-time role requires leadership across regions, contractor liaison, and ensuring regulatory compliance with Life Safety Code and Joint Commission standards.

The position offers a strong benefits package and a competitive wage, with travel across New England as needed.

Qualificações

• Five+ years of Plant Operations experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Healthcare industry experience required.
• Multi-facility leadership experience preferred.
• Experience managing facility maintenance, capital projects, renovations, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state healthcare facility regs, Life Safety Code, Joint Commission, and OSHA.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership of plant operations across multiple facilities.
• Lead Regional Directors of Plant Operations and facility Maintenance Directors.
• Oversee capital projects, repairs, renovations, and new construction.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and external partners on projects.
• Develop and maintain policies for efficient operation of facilities and systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety codes.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
• Prioritize repair work to minimize disruption and control costs.
• Ensure proper use of work order systems.
• Monitor costs, expenditures, and performance for improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to address plant operations concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
