Job summary
Guidehouse is seeking a Director in the Healthcare Performance Transformation Practice, Provider Optimization, to lead clinical effectiveness and operations optimization programs across hospitals and health systems. You will manage multi-workstream initiatives, ensure alignment with timelines and budgets, and drive measurable client outcomes while generating revenue for Guidehouse.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in clinical operations and performance improvement within provider settings.
- 5+ years delivering multi-site consulting programs with budgets $10M+ and 30+ resources.
- Proven BD success with $1.5M in new/add-on revenue.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across hospital leadership and staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and implementation of provider optimization programs.
- Direct multiple workstreams, ensuring timelines, scope, and budget alignment.
- Drive nationwide business development and relationship management for healthcare clients.
- Mentor staff and provide delivery leadership within the account and practice.
- Present proposals and lead client discussions with executives.
