Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent with five (5) years healthcare related quality experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with six (6) months healthcare quality experience.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist with basic data collection through chart reviews, aggregates data, and analyze data for trends.
• Assist with data collection and analysis to maintain certifications or ensure optimal reimbursement.
• Assist with development and implementation of physician office patient safety or quality improvement initiatives.
• Identify strategic opportunities for improving preventative screening rates, chronic disease management, and customer satisfaction through basic data analysis.
• Analyze performance data and trends to achieve enterprise-wide Performance Improvement goals.
• Assist in preparing user-friendly reports and communicating data-driven insights to supervisors.
• Track and validate data accuracy and timeliness; develop tools for communicating key processes and indicators.
• Prepare reports for departmental performance improvement indicators.
