Job summary

Surgical Institute of Reading is seeking a Healthcare Quality Analyst to support the QAPI program by collecting, validating, and analyzing data on quality, patient safety, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance. The role requires on-site work and close collaboration with leaders, physicians, and staff to promote continuous improvement and survey readiness.

You will generate reports and dashboards, monitor indicators, assist with committee materials, and help with accreditation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of healthcare quality, regulatory, or data analytics experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with data management and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, enter, and analyze quality, patient safety, infection prevention, patient experience, and operational data.
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports, dashboards, scorecards, and performance summaries for leadership and regulatory needs.
• Support monitoring of quality indicators and performance improvement initiatives.
• Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis and reporting.
• Assist in preparing materials for Quality/PI committees and maintaining documentation for accreditation.
