Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years healthcare quality experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 6 months healthcare quality experience.
• CPHQ certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection and trend analysis to measure performance and changes.
• Assist with data collection and analysis to maintain certifications and ensure optimal reimbursement.
• Assist with development of physician office quality initiatives and use tools to solve problems.
• Assist with identifying opportunities to improve preventative screening and disease management from data.
• Analyze performance data to support enterprise-wide performance improvement goals.
• Ensure accuracy and meaningful interpretation of data for colleagues.
• Interpret data definitions and communicate with office supervisors to drive improvements.
• Track data accuracy and timeliness.
• Help develop user-friendly tools for communicating key processes and indicators.
• Research and prepare accurate, user-friendly reports and trends for departmental indicators.
