Qualifications

• Three years PBX Operator, communications, or customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Must be able to work under stress and be emotionally capable of coping with complex and/or changing conditions.
• Requires the ability to prioritize, problem solve, make sound decisions, and work on a team.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for the telecommunication processes of the facility to include handling various codes and other emergent occurrences.
