Formación

• 2-3 years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
• California payroll experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Rippling, ADP, or a comparable HRIS/payroll platform.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work with payroll reports.
• Healthcare, behavioral health, hospital, or 24/7 workforce experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process biweekly payroll for ~225 employees across departments.
• Review timecards for completeness, accuracy, and manager approval.
• Identify missing punches and discrepancies and follow up with managers.
• Perform pre-payroll audits to prevent errors before submission.
• Review deductions, overtime, and other earnings for accuracy.
• Coordinate with HR to resolve payroll discrepancies before finalizing pay.
