Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Post payments and adjustments to patient accounts and insurance payments.
• Verify payments against open claims and ensure correct adjudication.
• Maintain detailed financial records and reconcile transactions.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve posting errors promptly.
• Generate reports and provide updates to management on issues.
• Attend to HIPAA privacy requirements and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist in process improvements to enhance posting accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
