Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required per Allied Universal requirements.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening are standard in employment process.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a healthcare-related location by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, entrances, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as required by site procedures.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and shift documentation and relay observations to leadership.
