Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries and complaints related to billing, claims, denials, payments, and collections.
• Record all customer contacts and actions in the system notes.
• Explain account information clearly to patients to aid understanding.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies.
