Job summary

Rhapsody in Boston seeks a partnerships and product enablement professional to manage day-to-day relationships with major EHR vendors and health‑tech partners. The role focuses on turning partnerships into differentiated product capabilities and enabling a commercial team that can sell them.

You will sit near Product and Go‑to‑Market, translate partner needs into actionable work, own cross‑functional programs, and travel to partner sites and industry events as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in partnerships, alliances, implementation, or another relationship-facing role is a plus.
• A generalist skill set: comfortable moving between relationship management, light technical work, and commercial enablement in the same week.
• Strong ownership instinct: you would plan and run a workstream yourself.
• Collaborative mindset: a partnership requires commitment from product/R&D and sales/support.
• Comfort with ambiguity: partnerships work rarely comes with a template.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage partner executives and write clear internal briefs.
• Preferably located in the Boston area, or willing to travel to Boston periodically.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner relationships with key EHR vendors and HIT partners.
• Build trusted working relationships across product, partnerships, and field sales teams.
• Maintain a joint account plan and engagement cadence for each strategic partner.
• Identify where partner platform capabilities and Rhapsody Axon combine into unique offerings.
• Own joint technical workstreams: certifications, integration testing, roadmap alignment, co-development milestones.
• Provide input to product as clear, prioritized input from partner roadmap changes.
• Equip sales and solutions engineering with partner positioning, battlecards, and joint value propositions.
• Support field motions and marketplace enablement for Rhapsody Axon and AI partnerships.
