The Paralegal provides legal support for administrative programs, including researching regulatory and compliance matters, preparing documents for correspondence, supporting business development through due diligence, reviewing contractual documents, and maintaining credentialing and licensing records for PHS entities.
This role requires managing multiple tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, exercising initiative and judgment in both administrative and legal tasks.
5-7 years of paralegal experience, including at least 3 years in healthcare, with knowledge of healthcare law, Medicare, Medicaid, credentialing, and multistate licensing.
Attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, and clear, concise writing.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially, work independently, and manage priorities with minimal oversight.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams and levels of the organization.
Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program is required.
