Responsibilities

• Directs outpatient operations to ensure high-quality, cost-effective medical services.
• Develops and manages budgets, staffing, capital and operating budgets.
• Strategizes with senior staff on program expansion, business development and new care models.
• Provides leadership to staff and directs departmental activities to meet objectives.
• Analyzes complex data sets and reports to support revenue and quality goals.
• Develops and updates medical management work plans to ensure revenue accuracy.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
