Job summary

YELMUS Associates LLC is seeking a Medical Order Tracking Coordinator at our Brooklyn-based LHCSA operations. You will ensure timely receipt, processing, tracking, and filing of physician orders and related clinical documentation to support uninterrupted patient care in our licensed home care services agency.

Work closely with nurses, physicians' offices, telehealth programs, and internal staff to maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in home care, healthcare administration, medical records, or physician order management preferred.
• Experience with HHAeXchange and healthcare documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Track, monitor, and manage physician orders from initiation through completion.
• Obtain signed physician orders within required timeframes.
• Maintain logs and tracking systems for outstanding orders and documents.
• Upload and maintain orders and clinical records in EMR system.
• Ensure compliance with NYSDOH, Medicare, Medicaid, and agency documentation requirements.
