Under the Director of Project Management & Process Improvement, you will build documentation, dashboards, and lead workshops to scale multi-department initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 0–2 years of analytical/operations or project coordination experience.
• CAPM or Lean Six Sigma White/Yellow Belt preferred; Smartsheet certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Document SOPs, process maps, and workflows with version control.
• Collects and organizes data in Smartsheet; builds trackers and dashboards.
• Facilitates meetings, tracks actions, and manages project status across initiatives.
• Supports rollout of operational tech platforms and UAT/testing.
