Job summary

Boston Medical Center (BMC) is seeking a Pediatric Ambulatory Operations Supervisor to oversee administrative and financial records for the Pediatric Operations department. You will supervise medical assistants, manage staff schedules, and act as a liaison for benefits and payroll matters.

The role requires strong organizational and leadership abilities, plus proficiency in MS Office, Workday, and ProWFM. A Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of supervisory experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar office setting.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise administrative staff and coordinate department operations.
• Maintain monthly schedules and submit timesheets for staff.
