Job summary

Community Bridges Inc. is a premier nonprofit healthcare provider in Arizona, delivering substance use and behavioral health services across crisis, inpatient, and transition programs.

The Operations Supervisor works within an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe environments and quality care for all clients in assigned programs. The role includes coordinating with RN Supervisors, clinicians, and PCTs, supervising intake/discharge processes, and supporting Peer Support Specialists and BH

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma required.
• Associate degree preferred in business or health care.
• 1+ year health care experience in crisis/behavioral health settings preferred.
• 1+ year leadership/supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the RN Supervisor, BHC, PCT, RN and BHMP to ensure a safe environment and quality care.
• Oversee intake and discharge processes with Patient Care Technicians.
• Guide Peer Support Specialists and Behavioral Health Clinicians to improve patient throughput.
