Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to three years of administrative/project management experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in HealthCare, Human Resources, or Business with four years of project management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to work in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with changing deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, evaluative and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Office 365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
• Comfortable in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
• Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and ability to motivate others toward Trinity Health’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes knowledge of FirstChoice operations to coordinate development, resource allocation, and implementation of various projects within the department.
• Provides project/administrative support to FirstChoice departmental operations and initiatives.
• Identifies opportunities for improvements and involves the appropriate stakeholders.
• Contributes to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
• Utilizes independent judgment and problem-solving skills to address project hurdles.
