Job summary

Neolytix in Chicago, IL is seeking a Healthcare Operations Coordinator to act as the operational backbone of our local office. You will coordinate provider enrollment, payer relations, and client service while interacting with leadership and clients daily.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking across workstreams, and a bias toward execution. You’ll support office operations, document management, and occasional client site visits in the Chicagoland area, with room to grow into

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, client services, or administrative coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Power BI is a bonus.
• Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable operating with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provider enrollment and credentialing workflows; track timelines and resolve issues.
• Draft payer communications and coordinate between internal teams and payer contacts.
• Serve as point of contact for local clients; schedule check-ins and prepare meeting materials.
• Manage Chicago location office operations: supplies, scheduling, travel, expenses, and events.
• Maintain organized records across enrollment cases, payer interactions, and client communications.
• Prepare basic reports and dashboards to support team visibility; Power BI experience is a plus.
