The Acute Dialysis Healthcare Administrator (also known as Acute Facility Administrator or Acute FA) role can be exceptionally rewarding and presents unique challenges at DaVita. You and your team are responsible for goals related to quality and clinical outcomes, with profit sharing bonuses based on achieving those goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contract Management: Exceed expectations of hospital partners by managing hospital relationships and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
2. Financial Management: Oversee clinic operations, manage budgets, forecast expenses, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
3. Patient Care: Monitor clinical outcomes, coordinate with medical staff, and ensure high-quality patient care.
4. Teamwork: Build, mentor, and lead a cohesive team, fostering a positive work environment.

You will partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns, driving regional goals and standards.

Qualities of an ideal candidate include:

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred
• Minimum 2 years' management experience or equivalent renal healthcare experience
• Current RN license if required by state
• Minimum 4 years' dialysis experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and develop effective relationships
• Adaptability, innovation, leadership in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel locally
