Job summary

NOVO Health Services is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day plant operations, partnering with the General Manager to execute the site’s strategy while ensuring safe, efficient production and high quality output for healthcare linen products. This role drives discipline across production, inventory, and distribution to support client retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a plant-level leadership or production management role.
• Experience managing supervisors and frontline employees.
• Healthcare, medical device, or regulated industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations including medical instruments, linens, and disposable packs.
• Ensure production schedules meet customer demand and service requirements.
• Drive consistency across shifts and departments to improve KPIs.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, cost and service performance.
