Job summary

SRI Healthcare, LLC, a NOVO Health Services subsidiary, seeks an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day plant operations in a healthcare manufacturing environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

Collaborate with the General Manager to drive Lean initiatives, manage budget, labor, and inventory, and develop supervisors while coordinating with Sales and Customer Service to meet client commitments.

Qualifications

8–10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or process-oriented operations.
Minimum 3 years in a plant-level leadership or production management role.
Experience managing supervisors and frontline employees.
Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and distribution coordination.
Healthcare, medical device, or regulated industry experience preferred.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar operational excellence methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily production operations across medical instruments, linens, and packs.
Meet production schedules aligned with customer demand and service requirements.
Drive consistency across shifts and departments.
Monitor KPIs for safety, quality, productivity, cost and service.
