Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Director of Business Operations to lead and manage its field offices, collaborating with Business Development, Recruiting, Field Support, and Clinical teams to grow and retain long-term customer relationships.

The role oversees talent management, quality control, and performance improvement, ensures compliance with federal, state, local requirements, and drives strategic plans, KPIs, and daily operations to support Maxim's goals.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Healthcare Administration; or licensed RN
• Minimum two years business development experience in healthcare or related field
• Minimum one year supervised or administrative experience preferred in home healthcare or related programs
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Knowledge of homecare requirements and third-party reimbursement
• Strong communication skills with all team members, caregivers, and clients
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Creates a culture which fosters a positive experience for caregivers, field staff and team members
• Responsible for customer service and satisfaction as it relates to customers and referring entities
• Communicates and models the company’s purpose, mission, and guiding principles
• Maintains key civic relationships in the community to ensure visibility into future business
• Develops business plans to achieve goals and financial targets
• Oversees market performance and defines short and long term vision
• Maintains business development and leadership pipelines
• Partners with National Sales to pursue large accounts
• Manages daily operations and ensures compliance with policies
• Oversees recruiting strategy and development of team members
• Drives performance management, ownership, accountability, and career growth
• Performs other duties as assigned
